They do the job May 20, 2008 Being early in the season the hybreds have helped my wifes already.

Texan Classics Lady Utility Hybrid Iron-Wood Nov 21, 2007 I received these clubs quickly from the seller, well packaged for shipment. The clubs are smaller than a normal wood, but have more heft that an iron and more loft than a wood. They are good for hitting out of heavy grass for those of us who still can't keep the ball in the fairway. They do take some getting used to to determine the best ball placement (in my case more forward than an iron, but not as far forward as a wood) and feel. It will take three to four usages to get the feel.
