Jiggling is supposed to be good for you. Good for your bones, good for your muscles, good for your mental health. Research indicates that jiggling is just what the doctor ordered. I bought this with good intentions, but placed it outside where I can't readily find it. If you live in an extreme climate, keep it out of the elements. The plastic easily rips.
It wasn't all a waste...kids love it when they come to visit and my popularity among the little people is increasing! Maybe I'll get back to jiggling one day...

My son has Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD). He needs frequent sensory input, and jumping is GREAT sensory input for him. Jumping on this trampoline in our basement is a great alternative to jumping on furniture, especially on days when he can't run around outside.

Duragym 36-Inch Cardio Rebounder
This is of extremely high quality and I assembled it in a snap by just screwing on the 5 legs. My only problem is that I didn't realize how necessary a balance bar would be. Because the item is only 36", it's impossible to do jumping jacks or jog without moving. Usually I hold onto a tall bookcase for security. However, I did buy this model because it was compact and easy to store. So, I really can't blame the item for its size. I would recommend the Cardio Rebounder to anyone but would be sure to mention the absence and possible necessity of a balance bar.

Great price for a good product Mar 23, 2008
I purchased this to just my blood flowing before I do stretches. I watch tv and bounce away... its great. I feel warmed up after bouncing for a little while and then I can do my workout. Great price and since amazon has free shipping, it arrives at your door... no lugging home yourself.

Sturdy! Easy to use. All you have to do is screw in the legs and you are off!
